Monserrat (Serra for short) takes a walk on the beach every morning in her island home of Anguilla. Upon her return, she absolutely must check a certain spot at the entrance of the drive to ensure that she has, in fact, been returned to her home. There is an olfactory cue on the ground that comforts her, and allows her to comfortably go about her business.
Auri is a curious pup who finds that her food is better enjoyed out of doors. Sometimes this comes at the expense of making a mess and costly loss of food as it is carried through the doggie door. She has figured out that she can eat just enough of the food to carry it safely outside, where she can enjoy it the warm morning sun.
